Sports massage is generally a faster pace massage and includes more stretching than a regular one. This can also include active and passive stretching with the client participating by helping by responding to actions and commands. It is particularly significant for those with active lifestyles.

Join us for Steady & Strong: Warm 26 Pose Hold, a rejuvenating 60-minute class where we focus on deep posture holds rather than flow. In this session, you'll hold each of the 26 poses, allowing time to deepen your breath, find your balance, and release tension. With a warm and inviting atmosphere, you'll feel supported in your practice as you explore strength and flexibility through patience and intentionality. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class offers a chance to connect with your body in a slow, mindful way.

Massage Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues. Also called gliding cupping or moving cupping. Once the vacuum is created the cup is gently moved over the skin so as to provide a form of inverse massage therapy.

Aromatherapy massage is an alternative therapeutic technique that combines the natural therapeutic properties of essential oils and the healing power of massage therapy. Essential oils will be mixed into your massage lotion to promote healing and a feeling of well-being and relaxation. Any leftover mixed lotion is yours to take home at the end of the session. This has been added to your session and doesn't require any additional time.

During a postural assessment, our trained therapist will observe your posture in various positions, analyze your body’s symmetry, and assess the way you stand, sit, and move. This process helps to pinpoint any areas of tension, muscle imbalances, or poor habits that could be affecting your posture. By addressing these issues, a postural assessment can help prevent injuries, improve posture, and alleviate pain, ultimately promoting better overall health and function. If necessary, the therapist will suggest personalized stretches, strengthening exercises, or treatment options to correct any postural issues and improve your alignment.
