Cary Woods


Cary Woods is a dedicated yoga instructor at our studio, leading a diverse range of classes from restorative and slow flow to power yoga in both morning and evening sessions. With a passion for sharing the benefits of yoga, she emphasizes inclusive and imaginative flows in her teachings. Outside of the studio, Cary cherishes time with her husband, family, and friends, and enjoys reading, crafting, and exploring the great outdoors.
